- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces brown mushrooms (250g), sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2–1 teaspoon dried thyme (to taste)
- 1/2–1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups thickened cream or heavy cream (or use evaporated milk/half and half)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and cracked black pepper.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
